Job summary

Tommy's Express Car Wash in Reading, PA is seeking a Shift Leader to set the tone for daily operations, coach frontline teammates, and ensure top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll oversee shift performance, monitor cleanliness and safety, and drive the team toward daily goals while engaging guests and colleagues. Evening and weekend availability, a valid driver's license, and eligibility to work in the United States are required.

Qualifications

• Comfortable coaching frontline team members and handling guest concerns or service recovery during a shift
• Able to remain on your feet for the full shift
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Experience in retail, food service, or hospitality
• Experience helping drive sales
• Team leadership experience

As a Shift Leader, you will help set the tone for the day by keeping operations running smoothly and supporting a strong service culture on the ground.
