Dunkin' Donuts franchise in Decatur, AL is hiring a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members and ensure Dunkin' operational standards deliver a great guest experience.

You'll lead a team on each shift, train staff, monitor service quality, and help control costs while upholding safety and cleanliness throughout the restaurant. Applicants should be at least 18, have a high school diploma, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Strong math and writing skills.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma (or equivalent).

Responsabilités

• Coach Crew Members to meet guest service standards throughout each shift.
• Drive operations excellence and ensure ServSafe certification where applicable.
• Control labor costs, food costs, and safety practices during shift.
• Communicate goals, provide feedback, and recognize achievements with the team.
