Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coaches crew members to execute brand standards and guest experience.
• Communicates shift priorities and goals to team.
• Supports training of crew members.
• Provides coaching and feedback to crew members.
• Drives guest satisfaction and resolves issues.
• Ensures safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Executes marketing initiatives and drives sales goals.
• Manages cash over/short during shift.
• Ensures products are prepared to brand standards.
