Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• Math and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Minimum age 18 where applicable.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support a respectful team environment.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results with team members.
• Support the training of crew members and provide coaching.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Resolve guest issues and ensure brand standards are followed.
• Drive sales goals and execute restaurant standards.
