Responsibilities

• Set goals and provide task assignments
• Deliver timely feedback and recognize successes
• Support training and development of crew members
• Drive sales and ensure profitability through quality service
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and brand compliance
• Resolve guest concerns and maintain a guest-first culture
• Manage cash handling and shift-level operations
