Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant or hospitality experience; previous lead or training experience preferred.
• Strong communication, basic math and cash handling, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Valid food handler or ServSafe manager certification (where required).
• Physical: ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours and lift up to 25–30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager-on-Duty, oversee shift operations and station flow.
• Train new hires and coach staff in real time.
• Greet customers and manage service recovery with empathy.
• Monitor food temperatures, cleanliness, and sanitation compliance.
• Oversee opening/closing checklists, cash handling, and basic inventory tracking.
