Job summary

PFLC Little Caesars is looking for an Assistant Manager to oversee shift operations, guest experience, and brand execution at our store. You will supervise team members to ensure superb service, handle customer needs, and help drive profitability during your shift.

Ideal candidates have restaurant or retail leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to train others. Flexibility for opening/closing shifts and weekends is required; safety, cash handling, and quality standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Previous experience in restaurants, retail or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication skills with guests and co-workers.
• Positive attitude and ethics consistent with company values.
• Team player who can train and coach others.
• Able to work a 20–30 hour per week schedule.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with accurate, complete orders within service time goals.
• Lead team on shifts: assign tasks, train and provide feedback.
• Use huddle board to organize the team and communicate priorities.
• Uphold personnel policies, labor laws, and safety procedures.
• Ensure security procedures and cash handling are followed.
• Open/close duties and manage shift transitions.
• Provide great guest service and resolve guest issues.
• Manage line, product quality, and promote store promotions.
• Ensure food safety and cost controls on shift.
