The Press Club Grill is seeking a Shift Manager to help lead our crew in delivering a memorable guest experience. This role reports to the General Manager and acts as Manager in Charge (MIC) when leadership is unavailable.

You will model leadership in all aspects of the business and maintain high quality standards. Responsibilities include team communication, customer service resolution, store cleanliness, efficient labor management, and opening/closing the store.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Enjoys meeting and interacting with guests.
• Dependable and flexible with schedule shifts.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Positive attitude.
• Moderate computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with crew and management.
• Effectively handle customer service issues.
