Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco.
• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS terminal, gas console and related devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests.
• Prepare DipSide items such as shakes, malts, ice cream and sundaes.
• Efficient operation of the POS system and gas console; handle transactions and cash where applicable.
• Stock shelves, ensure proper rotation and maintain cleanliness in the dip cabinet and around the store.
• Maintain awareness for security and proper cash handling procedures.
• Keep the store and parking lot clean and safe; monitor refrigeration and equipment temperatures.
• Complete time records and Customer First documentation accurately.
