Job summary

Burger King is seeking a Shift Coordinator to improve Guest satisfaction by managing restaurant operations during assigned shifts and ensuring compliance with policies when management is not present.

You will supervise Team Members, provide clear production direction, and strive to exceed guest expectations with friendly service in a clean environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• English language preferred.
• Willingness to travel preferred.
• Willing to answer cell phone at all times.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations (labor, inventory variance, GUEST TRAC responses) during assigned shifts, including opening and closing restaurant.
• Provide production direction to Team Members in a clear and concise way.
• Direct and motivate Team Members to implement shift plan and ensure smooth production.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and policies during the shift.
• Address guest feedback and resolve complaints in a timely, friendly manner.
• Direct, train and motivate Team Members on each workstation during shift.
• Complete cash reporting, inventory control, and scheduling checklists during shift.
