Job summary

Burger King is seeking a Shift Coordinator in the United States to supervise restaurant operations during assigned shifts, lead Team Members, and ensure guest satisfaction while adhering to company policies.

This role opens/closes the restaurant, provides direction, trains staff, handles guest feedback, and reports safety or sanitation concerns. Evening, weekend, and holiday flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Completion of Burger King certification programs.
• English language preferred.
• Willingness to travel preferred.
• Willing to answer cell phone at all times.
• Able to handle all Team Member responsibilities listed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations (labor, inventory, guest interactions) during assigned shifts, including opening and closing.
• Provide clear production direction to Team Members.
• Model hard work to implement shift plan and ensure smooth production.
• Delegate to encourage teamwork while maintaining compliance with company standards.
• Motivate Team Members to deliver friendly service in clean surroundings and meet guest expectations.
• Address Guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Direct, train, and motivate Team Members on each workstation during shifts.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, security, and company policies.
