Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of all BKC certification programs.
• English language preferred.
• Willingness to travel preferred.
• Willing to answer cell phone at all times.
• Able to handle all Team Member responsibilities above.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations (labor, inventory variance, guest Trac responses) during shift, including opening and closing.
• Provide production direction to Team Members clearly.
• Model strong work ethic to implement shift plan and ensure smooth production.
• Delegate to encourage teamwork and compliance with company standards.
• Motivate Team Members to deliver friendly service in clean surroundings.
• Address guest feedback promptly and professionally.
• Direct and train Team Members across workstations during the shift.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, security, and company policies.
