Job summary

Burger King is seeking a Shift Coordinator to help lead operations during assigned shifts. You will supervise Team Members, ensure proper labor, inventory controls, guest satisfaction, and strict adherence to safety and policy standards.

As a key role under the General Manager, you will open and close the restaurant, train staff on stations, respond to Guest feedback, and maintain a clean, secure dining environment while delivering friendly service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of all Burger King certification programs.
• English language preferred.
• Able to handle all Team Member responsibilities above.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for restaurant operations during assigned shifts, including opening and closing.
• Provides production direction to Team Members.
• Sets an example by implementing shift plan for smooth production.
• Delegates to encourage teamwork and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Motivates Team Members to exceed guest expectations with food and service.
• Directs, trains and motivates Team Members on each workstation.
• Complies with safety, sanitation, security, and policy requirements.
• Reports violations and proposes short-term solutions.
• Manages cash reporting, inventory control, and scheduling during shift.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
