Job summary

Dunkin’ is hiring a Shift Manager in Fitchburg, MA. You’ll be the go-to leader during shifts, guiding the team to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain store standards. You’ll handle daily tasks like food prep, inventory, and cash handling while coaching teammates to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and support the team in delivering top-notch guest service.

• Uphold Food Safety, Brand, and Network standards to keep the store clean and welcoming.
• Step in for the manager when needed and assist with key decisions.
