Job summary

Dunkin’ is seeking a Shift Manager in Leominster, MA to lead the team during your shift and ensure top‑notch guest service. You’ll model excellence, keep operations running, and support the store’s daily success.

You will train and coach crew members, manage food prep, inventory, and cash handling, while upholding Food Safety, Brand, and Network standards. A team‑first attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or retail (leadership experience is a plus!).
• A positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and support your team in delivering top-notch guest service.
• Keep operations running smoothly - prepping food, managing inventory, or handling cash.
• Train and coach crew members to be their best.
• Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and welcoming by upholding all Food Safety, Brand, and Network standards.
• Step in for the manager when needed, help make key decisions.
