Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader to coach team members, oversee daily operations, and ensure brand standards during shifts. You will work with the Restaurant Manager to meet goals and deliver great guest service in a fast-paced Dunkin' environment.

Responsibilities include leading the team, coordinating tasks, maintaining food safety, handling cash, and resolving guests' concerns while upholding franchise policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Coach team members and delegate tasks during shifts.
• Support Restaurant Manager in meeting goals and standards.
• Ensure brand standards and prep for food/beverages.
• Handle customer complaints and emergencies with calm solutions.
• Manage cash over/short and follow franchise cash policies.
• Monitor attendance and adherence to company policies.
• Ensure food safety standards are met.
