Qualifications

• Approval by GM and Regional Director.
• Interviewed by Regional Director.
• Employee in good standing with no negative write ups.
• Shift Leader Program completion or in progress.
• Background and Social Security checks completed prior to shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOH and BOH operations following El Baja procedures.
• Assist GM in supervising staff and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Follow POS procedures and cash handling rules.
• Manage discounts when appropriate.
• Discipline employees only with GM/RM/HR guidance.
• Resolve guest questions, complaints, and issues promptly.
• Delegate shift tasks and verify completion of checklists.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Communicate feedback to employees and correct deviations from standards.
• Perform other duties as required.
