Qualifications

• Approval by the General Manager and Regional Director.
• Interviewed by the Regional Director.
• Employee in good standing with no negative write ups.
• Completion of the Hourly Shift Leader Program or currently working on the Shift Leader Program.
• Background check and social security check completed prior to working any Shift Leader shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOH and BOH operations following El Baja procedures.
• Assist the GM in supervising staff and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Follow POS and cash handling procedures; discount as needed.
• Delegate shift tasks and ensure completion of assigned tasks and checklists.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Interact with guests to resolve questions and issues promptly.
