Job summary

United Dairy Farmers (UDF) is seeking a Shift Leader for Store 180 at 2nd and closing shift in Cincinnati, OH. This full-time roleReports to Store Manager and supports a 37-40 hour week with 1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts as needed.

The position requires delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience, handling cash transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring safe, ethical operations in accordance with company policies and state laws.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to operate store equipment, including POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to raise, count and handle cash, make change and follow cash-handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience; greet Guests warmly and ensure the store is ready for Guests at all times.
• Prepare DipSide items, ice cream/yogurt products, sundaes, sodas and hand-packed containers.
• Operate Point of Sale System and Gas Console, process transactions accurately, manage cash and communications.
