Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is hiring a Shift Leader in Cincinnati to oversee daily operations and ensure an outstanding guest experience. You will guide service teammates, manage cash handling at the register and gas console, and maintain clean, well-stocked dip cabinets and displays.

The role requires following safety rules, operating the POS system, and ensuring compliance with alcohol/tobacco sale laws. 1st-3rd shift options may apply, with full-time hours and a competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers.
• Must be legally eligible to sell alcohol and tobacco.
• Capable of handling cash transactions and basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to each Guest.
• Process shakes, ice cream, sodas and related items at the DipSide.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately and securely.
• Stock shelves, dairy cases, and keep areas clean and presentable.
• Maintain awareness to prevent theft and manage cash drops.
