Job summary

Tupelo Honey in Virginia Beach is seeking motivated FOH team members to deliver friendly, guest-focused service and guide guests through the Tupelo dining experience.

The role requires at least 1 year of front-of-house experience, strong teamwork, sharp math for POS, clear communication, and ability to move quickly; offered benefits including health care, tuition reimbursement, PTO, parental leave, life insurance, and advancement opportunities. Qualifications

• 1 year or more of FOH service experience (food service/wait staff).
• Positive, proactive teamwork attitude.
• Good math skills and ability to operate a POS system.
• Clear and effective communication with managers, staff, guests and vendors at all volumes.
• Able to move and process information quickly.
• Working knowledge of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Ensures service standards and proper execution.
• Displays expert level knowledge of our menus and guides guests through the Tupelo experience.
