Job summary

Culver’s in Fishers, Indiana, is seeking a dedicated restaurant manager to lead shifts and motivate the team to deliver Culver’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.

You will open/close on a rotating schedule, coach staff on safety, train all positions, and ensure proper product quality, inventory control, and guest satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership and a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.

• Sweep, mop and scrub using hazardous materials

• Reach, bend and clean surfaces regularly
• Work frequently in hot, cold and damp environments
• Works both in and outdoors each 50 percent of the time
• Work safely to avoid hazards including but are not limited to: cuts, slipping, tripping, falls and burns

Responsibilities

• Open/close restaurant on rotating schedule
• Run shifts ensuring quality products and guest service
• Demonstrate product quality control and presentation
• Review deployment sheet and adjust for labor
• Administer breaks per federal/state requirements
• Coach team on safety best practices
• Train team on all restaurant positions
• Handle guest comments the Culver’s way
• Ensure knowledge of products and guest service
• Maintain uniforms and appearance standards
• Complete daily tours and financial deposits
• Monitor inventory and FIFO rotation
• Complete Quality Control/Safe Food Checklist
• Ensure food safety practices are followed
• Lead weekly/monthly “odd jobs” with the team
• Attend manager and team meetings
• Document waste and safety incidents
