Responsibilities

• Open or close the restaurant on a rotating schedule and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Run shifts to ensure quality products, guest service and cleanliness.
• Monitor product quality, presentation and hold times.
• Review deployment sheets to optimize labor and efficiency.
• Coach team on safety, policies, and Culver’s standards.
• Train staff on all restaurant positions and assist with mis-punches/discounts.
