Qualifications

• Management experience required with leadership responsibilities.
• Reading and writing skills are required for communication.
• Strong guest, team, and management communication skills.
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and high personal standards.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and compliance.
• Ability to climb ladders and handle hazardous materials safely.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.

• Work both indoors and outdoors about half the time.

Responsibilities

• Open or close restaurant on rotating schedule; perform opening/closing tasks.
• Run shifts to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Monitor product quality, presentation and hold times.
• Review deployment and adjust to optimize labor costs.
• Train team on all restaurant positions and standards.
• Coach staff on safety practices and Culver’s policies.
• Ensure guests have positive experiences following Culver’s standards.
• Maintain uniforms/appearance and conduct field reports.
• Manage breaks, POS issues, and daily deposits as needed.
• Generate daily labor reports and monitor inventory levels.
