Job summary

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant on a rotating schedule.
• Run shifts to ensure quality products, guest service and cleanliness.
• Monitor product quality and hold times to Culver’s standards.
• Review and adjust daily deployment to maximize team efficiency.
• Lead opening/closing procedures and POS operations.
• Coach team on safety best practices and hazard communication.
• Demonstrate and train across all restaurant positions.
• Empower staff to handle guest comments in Culver’s way.
• Ensure knowledge of products and guest service among team.
• Maintain uniform and appearance standards.
• Complete daily reports, deposits and cash handling tasks.
• Monitor inventory and rotate stock using FIFO.
• Complete quality control and food safety checklists.
