Qualifications

• Flexible schedule required.
• Ability to open or close restaurant as needed.
• Previous management experience essential.
• Reading and writing skills required.
• Strong communication with guests, team and management.
• Maintains a sense of urgency in fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates trained food safety knowledge.
• Climb up and down a ladder to 25 feet height.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Work safely to avoid hazards and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Open or close the restaurant on a rotating schedule.
• Run shifts to ensure quality products, guest service and cleanliness.
• Demonstrate proper product quality control and hold times.
• Review deployment sheet and adjust labor for efficiency.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and reporting.
• Coach team on safety, COR, and workplace safety.
• Train team on all restaurant positions and standards.
• Handle guest comments in the Culver’s manner.
