Qualifications

• Flexible schedule required to open or close on rotating shifts.
• Management experience preferred.
• Reading and writing skills required.
• Ability to communicate with guests, team, and management.

• Ability to climb a ladder up to 25 feet.
• Able to work independently without supervision.
• Maintains a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Open or close restaurant on rotating schedule.
• Run shifts to ensure quality products, guest service and cleanliness meet Culver’s standards.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Coach team on safety best practices and Culver’s safety program.
• Train team on all restaurant positions.
• Monitor labor costs and adjust deployment as needed.
• Complete daily financial tasks and reports.
• Maintain inventory levels and proper rotation of stock.
