Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to provide excellent guest service and oversee operations during the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift. The role follows the Hi Five Guest Experience and ensures compliant, ethical operation of the shift, including alcohol and tobacco sales where legally allowed.

Pay ranges from $13.50 to $15.25 per hour. Primary duties include greeting guests, preparing shakes and ice cream items, and efficiently operating the POS system and gas console.

Qualifications

• Legally qualified under state laws to conduct sales including alcohol and tobacco.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to move and handle items typical of a retail shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience to encourage return visits.
• Prepare shakes, sundaes, ice cream, and beverages for customers.
• Operate POS system and gas console, process transactions, and handle payments.
• Stock shelves, maintain cleanliness, and ensure proper product rotation.
• Monitor store security and manage cash handling procedures.
• Complete time records accurately and perform other duties as assigned.
