Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC, a franchisee of Dunkin’, is seeking an Assistant Manager in Florida to develop into Restaurant Manager. The role supports planning, direction and control of store operations, supervising staff and delivering a memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities include managing a positive team environment, training Crew Members, monitoring quality and safety, controlling labor and costs, and ensuring compliance with Brand standards and applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Guest focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations.
• Passion for Results – set compelling targets and deliver on commitments.
