Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC, a franchisee of Dunkin’, seeks an Assistant Manager in Fort Myers, FL. This role develops into store management, supporting the Restaurant Manager in planning, direction, and store operation. You will supervise staff, manage inventory and costs, and help implement sales plans to maximize performance.

You will lead shifts, train crew, and ensure quality, safety, and guest satisfaction while maintaining brand standards and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills required.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Guest focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed expectations.
• Passion for results – set targets and deliver on commitments.
• Problem solving and decision making – base decisions on analysis and judgment.
• Building effective teams – place the right people in the right roles and celebrate success as a team.
• Physically capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment; may require lifting 30–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage a positive team environment with timely shift preparation and respectful communication.
• Follow guidelines to deploy team members and meet guest needs.
• Support training of Crew Members and provide feedback to the Restaurant Manager.
• Assist in planning, direction and control of store operations; supervise inventory, merchandising, losses and hours.
• Assist with product ordering and contribute to sales plans; participate in basics of P&L management.
