Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC, a franchisee of Dunkin’, in Arizona, seeks an Assistant Manager as a development path to Restaurant Manager. You will help plan, direct and control store operations, supervising staff, inventory, and scheduling to deliver a great guest experience.

Responsibilities include supporting ordering, sales plans, and basic P&L knowledge, with leadership coaching and compliance with state and federal laws. Fluency in English and strong communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assists Restaurant Manager in planning, direction and controlling the operation of the store
• Supervises employees in inventory, merchandising, losses and work hours
• Assists with product ordering and supports sales plans to maximize sales potential
• Introduces basics of P&L management and may attend Restaurant Manager meetings
• Leads shift leadership, coaching Crew Members, and ensures guest experience during shifts
• Ensures adherence to standards, safety, and policies throughout shift
