Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrate guest focus and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations to deliver great guest experiences.
• Lead, coach and motivate crew members during shifts.
• Assist Restaurant Manager with staffing, training and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.
