Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager in running great shifts with ownership and accountability. You will supervise staff, manage daily operations, and ensure excellent guest experiences while handling basic P&L aspects.

The role requires 1-3 years in supervision in food service or retail, basic math and problem-solving skills, and reliable transportation. 18+ and ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Run great shifts in a self-sufficient manner and take ownership of operations.
• Provide guidance and support to team and colleagues; solve problems and offer help as needed.
• Assist the RGM by ensuring smooth shift execution and customer satisfaction
