Qualifications

• 2+ years of related leadership experience at a similar caliber concept.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient in English.
• Ability to lead a team, manage shift schedules, and maintain store standards.
• Comfort with basic computer systems and standard software.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members in running an efficient operation and deliver excellent customer service.
• Oversee daily shift schedules, labor, and cost controls.
• Manage daily food & beverage service per recipes and quality standards.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate team members with the GM.
• Engage with guests and address complaints with a solutions-focused approach.
