NAYA is seeking an experienced Shift Leader to guide front-line teams in delivering great guest experiences and maintaining store standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead shift operations, mentor staff, and ensure profitability while upholding safety and quality standards across food and service. This role requires reliability, strong communication, and a guest-first approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related leadership experience at a similar caliber concept.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced and challenging work environment.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays per business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to run an efficient operation with a guest-first mindset.
• Drive sales, manage labor, and ensure cost controls.
• Oversee daily shift schedules and inventory management.
• Hire, train, and coach team members in collaboration with the General Manager.
• Address guest feedback and resolve issues to protect NAYA’s reputation.
