NAYA - Stamford is seeking an experienced Shift Leader to guide the team in delivering excellent customer service and efficient daily operations. You will oversee schedules, training, and staff development while upholding NAYA’s standards and safety requirements.

This role emphasizes guest relations, community engagement, and accurate financial handling. A strong leader can mentor teammates, manage catering orders, and contribute to a positive, high-energy work environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience at a similar caliber concept.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to run an efficient operation with excellent customer service.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate team members; support General Manager.
• Engage Guests and manage catering orders and community engagement.
• Monitor sales, labor, and other metrics; handle cash, discounts, and deposits.
• Open to opportunities for coaching and development of staff.
