Job summary

NAYA is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily restaurant operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards. You will lead a team, manage schedules, and monitor costs while maintaining a high level of service.

You must be able to lift and move supplies, work nights, weekends, and holidays, and engage with guests to promote NAYA’s offerings. Comprehensive training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related leadership experience at a similar caliber concept.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in running an efficient operation and provide excellent customer service.
• Oversee shift schedules and ensure proper clock in/out times.
• Manage daily inventory, stock levels, and orders for food, equipment, and supplies.
• Handle cash and receipts following cash handling procedures.
• Coach and develop team members, conduct pre-shift meetings, and ensure HR compliance.
