NAYA is seeking an experienced Shift Leader to guide a team in a fast-paced dining environment in New York. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, ensuring top-notch guest service, and maintaining high store standards while supporting profitability.

The role requires 2+ years of leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage schedules, train staff, and coordinate with the General Manager. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related leadership experience at a similar caliber concept.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficient in formal and informal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in running an efficient operation and delivering excellent customer service.
• Drive store profitability by managing labor, costs, and food/beverage preparation; oversee shift schedules.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate team members with the General Manager.
• Engage guests, handle feedback, and promote catering services as needed.
