Qualifications

• 2+ years of related leadership experience at a similar caliber concept.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations to drive profitability, control labor, and manage costs.
• Lead by example with a guest-first mindset and conduct pre-shift meetings.
