El Pollo Loco is seeking a Shift Leader to guide the crew during assigned shifts, ensuring exceptional service and smooth operations. You’ll lead from opening to closing, manage tasks, and help maintain fire-grilled experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Must be certified on EPL SPECS positions or have 1+ years of restaurant supervisory experience and pass the EPL Food Safety Audit (FSA) class after hire.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a shift team and ensure efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage opening and closing procedures, security, and inventory.
• Maintain service speed and dine-in cleanliness to EPL QSC standards.
• Train and support team members on new products and procedures.
• Handle cash drawers, deposits, and audits while on shift.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and greet customers warmly.
