Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader for a Taco Bell franchise location. You will run shifts, take ownership of issues, and provide guidance to team members to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, with basic computer and math skills, and a commitment to reliability and safety. Health benefits and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills with strong analytical/decision-making.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand 80% of shift.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner.
• Take ownership and solve problems; seek help when needed; guide others as appropriate.
