Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group seeks a Shift Leader for a Taco Bell franchisee. You will help run shifts, solve problems, and guide team members while supporting the Restaurant General Manager.

Responsibilities include self-sufficient shift execution, problem ownership, and ensuring smooth operations with appropriate guidance from the leadership team. Eligible for benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Run great shifts in a self-sufficient manner to support the RGM
• Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems; seek help when appropriate; guide others
• Support management with scheduling and shift coverage
