Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) in Jenks, OK is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee restaurant operations during assigned shifts when management is not present. You will lead a team of 3–15, delegate duties, and help ensure efficient food preparation and service.

The role requires the ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and work overtime, including holidays and weekends. 18+ and reliable transportation are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willingness to work overtime, holidays, weekends.
• Reliable transportation and ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees.
• Delegate responsibilities for ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies to minimize waste and loss.
• Assist in supervising preparation, sales, and service of food.
• Supervise food preparation and service operations while on duty.
• Assist team members during rush periods to ensure restaurant efficiency.
• Complete daily food preparation including meat and vegetable slicing, portioning, and rotating products.
• Assist in daily and weekly paperwork.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and upkeep on store equipment and supplies.
• Perform other related duties as required.
