Job summary

Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) in Sparks, NV is hiring a Shift Supervisor to oversee restaurant operations during your shift. You will lead a team, delegate tasks, manage food preparation and service, and support staffing and scheduling.

Willing to work overtime, weekends; must be 18+, stand and lift up to 50 pounds; benefits and growth opportunities available. This is a fast-paced role in a customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work overtime, holidays and weekends.
• Basic math and ability to handle cash and orders.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees.
• Delegate responsibilities for ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies.
• Assist in the supervision of preparation, sales, and service of food.
• Supervise food preparation and service operations while on duty.
• Assist Team Members during rush periods to ensure restaurant efficiency.
• Complete daily food preparation including meat and vegetable slicing, portioning, and rotating products.
• Assist in daily and weekly paperwork.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and upkeep on store's equipment and supplies.
• Performs other related duties as required.
