KFC is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant operations during assigned shifts. You will lead a team of 3–15, delegate tasks for food, labor, and supplies, and assist in maintaining efficient service and quality standards.

Responsibilities include supervising food preparation, overseeing service, and supporting staff during rush periods to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

• Ability to supervise a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees.
• Ability to delegate responsibilities for ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies for the unit to minimize waste and loss.
