Qualifications

• Ability to use basic math, addition, subtraction, and understand basic fractions.
• Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally required to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees.
• Delegate responsibilities for ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of all supplies for the unit to prevent waste and theft.
• Assist in supervision of preparation, sales, and service of food.
• Supervise food preparation and service operations while on duty.
• Assist during rush periods to maintain restaurant efficiency.
• Complete daily food preparation including slicing, portioning, and rotation of products.
• Assist in daily and weekly paperwork and routine upkeep of equipment.
