Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees during shifts
• Delegate responsibilities for ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of supplies
• Assist in supervision of preparation, sales, and service of food
• Oversee food preparation and service operations while on duty
• Support team during rush periods to maintain restaurant efficiency
• Complete daily prep tasks and assist with paperwork and maintenance
