Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader for our Taco Bell franchise in Southaven, Mississippi. You will support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner and take ownership to solve problems while guiding teammates.

Requirements include 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, basic PC literacy, being 18+, strong math and analytical skills, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Reliable transportation is required.
