Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader for a Taco Bell franchise in Savannah, TN. You will support the RGM by running great shifts, taking ownership, solving problems, and guiding team members to deliver fast, friendly service.

We expect 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, basic business math and computer literacy, and a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.
