Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a capable Shift Leader to support the RGM by running strong shifts in a self-sufficient manner. You will take ownership, solve problems, and guide team members while maintaining high standards for service and operations in our Taco Bell franchise location in Memphis.

This role requires 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic math and PC literacy, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while standing most of the shift.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic business math and accounting skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Background checks are required for management roles.
